Slack

The Slack app lets a workspace member connect Slack from DOJO so marketing agents can search channels and DMs that member can already see. It does not post messages into Slack.

If search is not working:

• Confirm you connected Slack from DOJO (Connections → Slack), not only from the Slack Apps list.

• Reconnect in DOJO if you changed workspaces or revoked the app.

• Check that you can see the channels in Slack yourself — we cannot search what you cannot see.

To disconnect:

• In DOJO: Connections → Slack → Disconnect.

• In Slack: Apps → DOJO AI → Uninstall / revoke. That ends our access immediately.
